Use of Audio Recordings: ArabiQuest uses Speech-to-Text (STT) technology to enhance the learning experience. By using the App, you consent to the collection and storage of audio recordings generated during usage. These recordings are used solely for improving our services and are not shared with third parties without consent.
Content and Usage: Users agree to use ArabiQuest for educational purposes only. Any misuse or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the account.
Parental Controls: Parents have the option to set parental controls within the App to manage their child's usage and access to content.
Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, and software, is the property of ArabiQuest and protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties: ArabiQuest is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App's content.
Limitation of Liability: ArabiQuest and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
